• Exact rankings or traffic growth
• Immunity from platform actions or suspensions

8. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of serious breach or non-payment.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
